These terms govern your use of the Travify Audioguides app and related services, operated by TicketGo OÜ ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in Estonia. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Travify Audioguides provides digital audio guides for museums, monuments and landmarks. Access to a guide is unlocked with a valid access code obtained through a purchase, on site or online.
Each access code unlocks the corresponding audio guide on your device. Codes are for personal use, must not be resold or shared, and may be single-use or time-limited depending on the point of sale. We may invalidate codes obtained fraudulently.
All content in the App — scripts, recordings, images, music selections, software and the Travify brand — is owned by TicketGo OÜ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. Travify is a registered trademark of TicketGo OÜ. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited right to use the content as described above.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are subject to the terms and refund policies of those platforms. Where a code is sold by a third party (for example, a venue or reseller), that seller's terms also apply.
We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that content is free of errors. Content may be updated or corrected over time.
To the extent permitted by law, TicketGo OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these terms. The current version will always be posted on this page with its update date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
