This policy explains how the Travify Audioguides app ("the App", "we", "us") handles information when you use it. The App is operated by TicketGo OÜ, a company incorporated in Estonia. Travify is a registered trademark of TicketGo OÜ.
The App is designed to work with the least information possible. We do not ask for registration, name, email or phone number to use the audio guides. Specifically, we process:
We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or your GPS location.
We process this minimal data on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing and improving the service you requested, and to perform the service tied to your access code. We do not use the data for advertising.
Information is stored on servers of our infrastructure providers (including Supabase and Vercel), who act as data processors on our behalf and apply industry-standard security measures. Audio and audio-guide files are served from secure storage. Data may be processed within the EU and in other jurisdictions where our providers operate, under appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell your information. The App may show promotional banners that, when tapped, open external websites; data handling on those sites is governed by their own policies.
We keep the anonymous identifier and associated data while you use the App. You can delete all local data by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of data associated with your device identifier, contact us at the address below.
The App is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you may request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your data, as well as object to or restrict its processing, by contacting us.
We may update this policy. The current version will always be posted on this page with its update date.
